How does your service work?
Our service is built around a simple online booking platform. You enter your journey details, see the price upfront, confirm your booking, and receive clear confirmation. Everything is designed to be quick, transparent, and reliable from start to finish.
Which areas do you currently cover?
Our primary service area includes Salisbury and surrounding towns within a 10-mile radius. This includes Amesbury, Tidworth, Wilton, Downton, Porton Down, Larkhill, Shrewton, Durrington, and Fordingbridge. As the platform grows, coverage will expand across wider Wiltshire.
Do I need to book in advance?
Advance booking is recommended where possible, especially for airport transfers or planned journeys. However, our platform also supports short-notice and on-demand requests, subject to availability.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is calculated upfront based on your journey details. You’ll see the full price before confirming your booking, with no hidden fees or surprise charges added later.
What types of vehicles do you offer?
We offer three service classes:

Saloon – ideal for everyday travel and solo or couple journeys
Executive – enhanced comfort for business or premium travel
8-Seater (Minibus / MPV) – suitable for families or group travel

We don’t display specific vehicle makes or models, as our focus is on service standards rather than individual cars.
What happens after I book?
Once your booking is confirmed, everything is handled through the platform. Your journey details are locked in, and your driver will arrive at the agreed pickup time. No follow-up calls or repeated confirmations are required.
What if my plans change?
If your plans change, contact us as early as possible. We aim to be flexible wherever we can, depending on timing and availability.
